Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor the delivery of construction materials, tools, and equipment to project sites.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits to prevent shortages or excesses.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement and distribution of resources.
- Optimize transportation routes and schedules to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and process logistics documentation, including purchase orders, delivery receipts, and shipping manifests.
- Resolve logistical issues or delays proactively to avoid project disruptions.
- Collaborate with project managers to forecast material requirements and align logistics plans with project milestones.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or procurement, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to manage inventory, coordinate shipments, and work with suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems, or inventory management tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with construction materials, heavy equipment, and safety protocols is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Bali as needed.
