Responsibility
- Plan, organize, and control all shop floor operations to meet quality and production targets.

- Monitor and analyze production performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within the manufacturing industry.
