Responsibility
- Oversee daily plant operations to ensure adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Manage and optimize fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance and logistics coordination.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all plant facilities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity and quality.
- Lead and mentor operational teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for operational enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and operational processes.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in plant operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive operational improvements.
