Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery timelines and customer demands.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to reduce waste, improve productivity, and lower costs.
- Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality assurance teams to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
- Prepare and present production reports, including KPIs, to senior management.
- Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and adopt best practices to enhance operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the manufacturing or energy sector.
- Proven track record of managing production teams and improving operational efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, OHSAS).
- Proficiency in ERP systems and production management software.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
