Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract administration with local suppliers and vendors.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with company standards and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, align procurement activities with business needs, and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Lead tender processes, including RFP/RFQ preparation, bid evaluations, and vendor selection.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, track expenditures, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical sourcing practices, and regulatory compliance in all procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven procurement decisions.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and supplier networks in Bali or Indonesia is a plus.
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CSCP) is highly advantageous.
