Responsibility
- Lead and oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, operations) to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track.
- Liaise with stakeholders (clients, vendors, internal teams) to align expectations and communicate updates transparently.
- Drive process improvements and innovation to enhance efficiency in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics workflows.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on project status, KPIs, and ROI to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related field; Master’s or PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics.
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean) and tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast risks, and make data-driven decisions.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to or commute within Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
