Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records across multiple locations (Kuta, Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Badung).
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and retail teams to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize overstock or stockouts.
- Generate and analyze inventory reports to support data-driven decision-making and process improvements.
- Implement and adhere to inventory control procedures and best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Assist in the coordination of stock transfers between locations to meet operational demands.
- Support month-end and year-end inventory reconciliation processes.
- Train and guide team members on inventory management systems and protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in inventory management are a plus.
