Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high productivity standards.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics efficiency.
- Collaborate with transportation teams to optimize delivery schedules.
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and logistics activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and logistics software.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
