Responsibility
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to prevent discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams to optimize logistics operations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all warehouse activities.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices and packing lists.
- Assist in organizing warehouse space for maximum efficiency and accessibility.
- Report any issues or delays in logistics operations to the supervisor promptly.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; logistics/warehouse certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations (1+ years preferred).
- Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of safety protocols in warehouse environments.
