Responsibility
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas, including labeling, stacking, and rotating stock as needed.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure data accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule deliveries, dispatch shipments, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, and ensure proper documentation for all transactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in warehouse operations, inventory control, or a related field.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills (e.g., Excel, data entry).
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 25 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic English communication skills; proficiency in Indonesian is required.
- Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain one) is advantageous.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and commitment to workplace safety.
