Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high productivity levels.
- Ensure accurate inventory management by conducting regular stock checks, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, workplace organization (5S), and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and minimize operational costs.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment accuracy, turnaround time, and team productivity.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and distribution teams to streamline supply chain processes.
- Resolve operational issues, address team concerns, and escalate critical matters to management as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory control, and logistics best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with 5S methodology, lean principles, or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required by operational needs.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and spoken) is preferred.
