Responsibility
- Operate DT 20 heavy equipment for loading, unloading, and transporting materials in compliance with company safety and quality standards.
- Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental (SHE) management systems in all operational activities.
- Perform pre-operational checks on equipment to verify functionality and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to optimize material handling processes and minimize downtime.
- Monitor and maintain equipment cleanliness and operational readiness to ensure peak performance.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment operation, including proper documentation of daily activities.
- Assist in inventory management by accurately recording material movements and stock levels.
- Participate in safety training and drills to maintain a secure working environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating DT 20 or similar heavy equipment in logistics, manufacturing, or construction environments.
- Valid certification or license for operating heavy machinery (e.g., SIM D, SIO, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, including OSHA or local safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle long hours of equipment operation in various weather conditions.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for precise material handling.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform minor troubleshooting and maintenance tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
