As part of our team, you’ll work with cutting-edge warehouse management systems, optimize storage solutions, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Your role is critical in maintaining our reputation for timely, fresh, and reliable deliveries to clients across Bali and beyond.
Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching seafood products.
- Manage inventory accuracy using modern WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and conduct regular stock audits.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure on-time deliveries and optimize transportation routes.
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with industry regulations.
- Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor productivity to meet KPIs.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and operational efficiency for management review.
- Implement FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols to minimize product spoilage and waste.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand and adjust storage capacity accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse administration, preferably in seafood, perishables, or cold storage logistics.
- Proficient in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, supply chain processes, and food safety protocols (HACCP, ISO 22000).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in temperature-controlled environments and handle physical tasks as needed.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required by operational needs.
