Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular audits and system updates.
- Lead and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity and compliance with SOPs.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for seamless workflow.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Optimize warehouse layout and storage systems for maximum efficiency.
- Prepare and submit reports on inventory levels, discrepancies, and operational performance.
- Liaise with suppliers and transport providers to resolve delivery issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in manufacturing or retail.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in English and Indonesian (written and spoken).
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
