Responsibility
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability to meet production demands.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best value for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the finance and logistics teams to streamline procurement workflows.
- Resolve supply chain issues proactively to minimize disruptions in production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory management, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
