Responsibility
- Operate PC 200 excavators efficiently and safely in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental management systems in all activities.
- Perform pre-operational checks and routine maintenance to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Load, unload, and transport materials as required for construction, logistics, or manufacturing projects.
- Collaborate with ground crews and supervisors to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or issues to the maintenance team.
- Adhere to site-specific safety protocols and participate in safety training and drills.
- Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a PC 200 operator or similar heavy equipment role, with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification or license (preferably for excavators).
- Strong understanding of safety protocols, including OSHA or equivalent standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness, and mechanical aptitude.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor conditions, including heat and humidity.
- Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
