Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Resolve any operational issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and other key metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, standing, or moving for extended periods.
