Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution for pharmaceutical products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and minimize lead times.
- Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other regulatory requirements in the pharma industry.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to track supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage ERP systems and other supply chain software to maintain accurate data and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP (Good Distribution Practices), and other pharma regulatory standards.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with demand planning, inventory optimization, and supplier negotiations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
