Responsibility
- Source and evaluate suppliers to secure high-quality materials at competitive prices.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Manage purchase orders (PO) and ensure timely delivery of materials to support production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including pricing, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all procurement activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
