Responsibility
- Operate and maintain metal stamping machinery in accordance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain accurate production records.
- Identify and report any defects or issues in materials or machinery to supervisors.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of machinery for different production runs.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols and participate in safety training programs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, metal stamping, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with industrial machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
