Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution for dermatological products.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts, ensure timely deliveries, and maintain cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess, aligning with demand forecasts and sales trends.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure efficient transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery across Bali and beyond.
- Implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce lead times, and minimize operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for dermatological products, including proper documentation and quality control.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for optimization, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and production teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or dermatology industry.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (IMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proven ability to negotiate with suppliers, manage contracts, and build long-term vendor relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for healthcare/dermatological products (e.g., FDA, GMP, local Indonesian standards).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, international environment.
