Responsibility
- Manage and optimize import/export processes, ensuring compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock monitoring, demand forecasting, and warehouse coordination.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to enhance supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare and submit documentation for customs clearance, including permits, licenses, and compliance reports.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, reduce costs, and improve operational performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or import/export operations.
- Proven experience with customs compliance, Dagang Net, GACC, or Indonesian trade regulations is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, or CIPS are a plus but not required.
