Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Organize and label inventory items for easy identification and retrieval.
- Prepare and pack orders for shipment, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company standards.
- Support stock arrangement and replenishment activities to optimize warehouse space.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and reconciliations.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently, if required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in logistics is a plus.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to lift and move heavy items (up to 20-25 kg) as needed.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entry.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and warehouse best practices.
