Responsibility
- Source and evaluate local suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Compare and analyze quotations to select the best suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Manage the purchasing process, including order placement, follow-up, and delivery coordination.
- Monitor and control purchasing costs to align with budgetary constraints and organizational goals.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and plan procurement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all purchasing activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local market trends and supplier networks in Bali.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
