Responsibility
- Assist in preparing and analyzing maritime operations reports for EMEA regions.
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and communication between global teams.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and process optimization.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and update operational dashboards and performance metrics.
- Assist in resolving minor operational issues under supervision.
- Participate in training sessions and team workshops to enhance skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Logistics, Business, Supply Chain, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote/hybrid setting.
- Basic understanding of maritime or logistics operations is a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
