Responsibility
- Lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of semiconductor materials and components.
- Oversee inventory control processes, including cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and accuracy reporting to minimize discrepancies and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Develop and implement warehouse best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety protocols to enhance productivity and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to coordinate material flow, ensuring timely delivery of components to support manufacturing schedules.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics, such as order fulfillment rates, inventory turnover, and space utilization, and implement improvements as needed.
- Manage warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and inventory management systems, ensuring proper maintenance and operational readiness.
- Conduct regular team training and performance evaluations to foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry-specific requirements for handling and storing semiconductor materials.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, preferably in the semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of managing warehouse operations, including inventory control, team leadership, and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles, 5S methodology, and continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
- Certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are an advantage.
