Responsibility
- Supervise and lead a team of outbound logistics staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper loading/unloading of goods for distribution.
- Implement and enforce safety, compliance, and quality control standards in all transport operations.
- Liaise with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to align outbound activities with business needs.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., delivery times, fuel consumption, vehicle utilization) to identify areas for improvement.
- Resolve operational challenges, including delays, vehicle maintenance, or staffing issues, with proactive solutions.
- Prepare reports and documentation for management review, highlighting operational performance and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in transport, logistics, or outbound operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and foster a high-performance work environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management, route optimization, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, or Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards for transport operations in Indonesia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
