Responsibility
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production staff to achieve daily targets and KPIs.
- Optimize workflows and processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all operations.
- Monitor production schedules and coordinate with other departments to meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify training needs and implement development programs for staff.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, inventory, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role within manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and drive performance improvements.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, MS Office, and production management software.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (OSHA, ISO standards) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
