Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of aircraft interior maintenance, repair, and refurbishment projects.
- Develop and implement operational plans to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and suppliers, to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Monitor and manage resource allocation, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Prepare and present reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions to senior management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the aviation or manufacturing industry.
