Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching retail goods.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and accuracy in inventory management.
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse safety, organization, and efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and resolve discrepancies to maintain data accuracy.
- Collaborate with retail partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Optimize warehouse space utilization and workflow to minimize operational costs and improve turnaround times.
- Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance, including KPIs, productivity metrics, and incident logs.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all warehouse activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management, preferably in retail or distribution.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control best practices.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with retail supply chain processes, including order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required by operational needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic data analysis for reporting.
- Certification in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
