Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end logistics process analysis to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and implement strategic improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, automation) to enhance operational workflows.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehousing, and transportation teams to streamline supply chain operations.
- Design and deploy KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor performance and drive data-based decision-making.
- Spearhead digital transformation projects, including the adoption of IoT, AI, or ERP systems to modernize logistics infrastructure.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and ROI assessments for proposed process changes or technology investments.
- Train and mentor teams on best practices in logistics management, change management, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Airbus standards, industry regulations, and sustainability goals in all logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field; Masterâs or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational improvement, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of leading process optimization projects (e.g., Lean, Kaizen, Agile) in manufacturing or aerospace industries.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Certifications in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), PMP, or CSCP are highly advantageous.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with aerospace logistics standards (e.g., AS9100) and international trade regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on innovation and results.
