Responsibility
- Develop and implement best-in-class SIOP processes to standardize planning across the enterprise, ensuring alignment between sales, inventory, and operations.
- Lead demand forecasting and inventory optimization initiatives to minimize stockouts and excess inventory while maximizing service levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics) to create integrated, data-driven plans that support business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and performance metrics (e.g., inventory turnover, fill rates, lead times) to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes through the adoption of advanced tools, automation, and predictive analytics.
- Facilitate monthly SIOP meetings to review demand vs. supply, resolve constraints, and align stakeholders on action plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all planning activities.
- Mentor and train teams on SIOP methodologies, tools, and best practices to foster a culture of operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or APICS/CSCP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in SIOP, demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing SIOP processes in a manufacturing or high-tech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), advanced Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment across departments.
- Deep understanding of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
