Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits of products, materials, and processes to identify defects or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed QA reports and documentation, including non-conformance reports, root cause analyses, and corrective action plans.
- Work closely with the China-based team to align quality standards, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate seamless cross-border operations.
- Participate in overseas training programs to stay updated on best practices and emerging QA technologies.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to track performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, including ISO standards and local compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC roles, preferably within manufacturing, transport, or logistics industries.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean).
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is highly preferred for effective communication with the China team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality manuals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QA software/tools (e.g., Minitab, SAP QM).
- Willingness to travel internationally for training, audits, or team collaborations as required.
