Responsibility
- Assemble and package products according to specified guidelines and quality standards.
- Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
- Operate and maintain assembly line equipment and machinery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of assembly line issues.
- Document and report any defects or discrepancies in the assembly process.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in assembly techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in assembly, packaging, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
