Responsibility
- Assist HSE engineers in conducting workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Support the development and implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Participate in incident investigations and help prepare reports with corrective action recommendations.
- Monitor compliance with local and international HSE regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001).
- Contribute to emergency response planning, including drills and evacuation procedures.
- Assist in environmental management initiatives, such as waste reduction and energy efficiency programs.
- Compile and analyze HSE data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Promote a culture of safety by organizing awareness campaigns and toolbox talks.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HSE principles, regulations, and industry standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify hazards.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HSE software is advantageous.
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to fostering a safe work culture.
