Responsibility
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming inventory with precision.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas to optimize space and accessibility.
- Conduct regular stock takes and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare and process orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule deliveries and dispatch goods efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with protocols.
- Maintain clean and hazard-free work environments adhering to safety standards.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, movements, and discrepancies for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum O-Level/N-Level or equivalent; diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or storekeeping (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, WMS) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical fitness to lift/move items (up to 20kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols in warehouse settings.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work in Tuas/Badung with flexibility for occasional overtime.
