Responsibility
- Provide on-the-job coaching and training to manufacturing technicians to enhance their technical skills and productivity.
- Monitor and optimize production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in manufacturing equipment and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and reduce downtime.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all operational activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, training sessions, and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or training technical staff.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Familiarity with safety protocols and quality control standards in manufacturing.
