Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms and pricing for goods and services.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with contracts and service level agreements.
- Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and industry developments to make data-driven procurement decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, operations, logistics) to align procurement activities with business objectives.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential supply chain issues.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, expenditures, and inventory levels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Knowledge of contract law, vendor management, and inventory control best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
