Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products while optimizing resource utilization (manpower, materials, machinery).
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to align material availability with production timelines.
- Monitor and adjust schedules in real-time to accommodate changes in demand, supply chain disruptions, or operational constraints.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or cost-saving opportunities and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance and logistics teams to ensure products meet specifications and are delivered on schedule.
- Prepare and present reports on production performance, lead times, and capacity utilization to management.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating and enhancing production planning processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
