Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure efficiency and timely delivery.
- Manage inventory levels and oversee warehouse operations to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to negotiate contracts and optimize costs.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve delivery performance and reduce transit times.
- Track shipments and resolve any delays or issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier and partner relationships.
- Proficiency in supply chain software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and customs procedures is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
