Responsibility
- Assist in the routine maintenance and inspection of company vehicles to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
- Coordinate transport schedules and logistics to support timely deliveries and operations.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service history.
- Monitor fuel consumption and report discrepancies to management.
- Assist in the preparation of transport-related reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local transport regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize transport routes and reduce operational costs.
- Provide support in emergency vehicle repairs and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or individuals with entry-level experience in transport, logistics, or vehicle maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle mechanics and maintenance procedures is a plus.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Proficient in using basic computer applications for reporting and documentation.
