As our Inventory Clerk, you'll be responsible for the precise management of veterinary medicines and products, ensuring our facilities in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung are always stocked with essential supplies. Your attention to detail will directly impact our ability to serve veterinary clinics, animal hospitals, and pet care providers throughout Bali.

Responsibility
- Conduct daily inventory counts of veterinary medicines and supplies with meticulous accuracy
- Prepare and package veterinary pharmaceuticals according to established protocols and safety standards
- Stock and organize products in warehouse and distribution areas across multiple Bali locations
- Maintain up-to-date digital and physical inventory records using our management system
- Coordinate with procurement team to ensure optimal stock levels and timely reordering
- Perform regular quality checks on inventory to identify expired or damaged products
- Assist in monthly and quarterly inventory audits and reporting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace in compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Support logistics team with order fulfillment and distribution as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in logistics or related field is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or related field
- Basic understanding of veterinary products or pharmaceutical inventory is advantageous
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 20kg and stand for extended periods
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (or ability to obtain one)
