Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for electronics commodities to ensure cost efficiency and supply chain resilience.
- Lead negotiations with global suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to mitigate risks and identify opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize procurement processes and reduce lead times.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
- Manage supplier relationships and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior procurement team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commodity management, with a focus on electronics.
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a global manufacturing or technology environment.
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is a plus.
