Adecco is seeking motivated individuals for a short-term Warehouse Operator (Picker/Packer) role in the vibrant Badung region of Bali. Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and inventory lists.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or scanners (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Verify inventory quantities and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Label and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper documentation.
- Assist in loading and unloading deliveries as required.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided.
- Physical ability to lift and move items up to 20-25 kg.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for order verification and documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time constraints.
- Reliable and punctual with a commitment to the 3-month contract duration.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions clearly.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Open to candidates in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or surrounding Badung areas.
