Responsibility
- Develop and maintain resource allocation plans to optimize workforce utilization across service operations.
- Analyze demand forecasts and adjust staffing levels to meet operational and client requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to align resource planning with business goals and KPIs.
- Monitor and report on resource performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement tools and systems to streamline scheduling, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance productivity.
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure budget adherence and cost-effective resource deployment.
- Proactively address resource gaps or surpluses with scalable solutions.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders on resource utilization and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in resource planning, workforce management, or operations within manufacturing, logistics, or service industries.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven track record in process optimization and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with workforce management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
