Responsibility
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and areas for improvement, documenting findings accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions, reducing defects and enhancing efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality metrics using digital tools and reporting systems.
- Perform regular audits of production processes to ensure adherence to company and industry quality standards.
- Assist in the development and refinement of quality control procedures and work instructions.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and advancements in quality control methodologies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role in manufacturing, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
- Proficiency in using inspection tools, measuring instruments, and quality management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to implement effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in quality control (e.g., ASQ, ISO) is a plus but not required.
