Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack orders from warehouse inventory based on order requisitions.
- Verify and check inventory quantities, conditions, and specifications to ensure order accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., scanners, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily picking, packing, and shipping targets.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors promptly.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management and quality control.
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments and preparing them for transport.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for order verification and documentation.
- Physical stamina to lift/move items up to 20-25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training and adapt to company processes.
- Good communication skills in English (basic proficiency is acceptable).
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
