Responsibility
- Assist in planning and optimizing delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.
- Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to manage daily delivery schedules.
- Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and operational activities.
- Assist in preparing reports on logistics performance, including delivery times and operational efficiency.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide updates and resolve logistics-related inquiries.
- Support the Operations Controller in implementing process improvements and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar operational role is a plus.
