Responsibility
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or bottlenecks.
- Analyze demand forecasts and sales data to align production capacity with business needs.
- Prepare and present reports on production metrics, efficiency, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain or logistical challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- Utilize ERP or planning software to track orders, inventory, and production status.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, or planning software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
