Responsibility
- Manage and optimize import logistics, including customs clearance, documentation, and compliance with international trade regulations.
- Coordinate drop shipment operations, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective freight solutions.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clients to streamline supply chain workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and procurement processes to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Utilize AWS and VB$ systems to track shipments, analyze performance metrics, and generate actionable insights.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers to secure competitive pricing and service agreements.
- Ensure adherence to quality control standards and regulatory requirements for imported goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, import/export, or logistics management.
- Proven expertise in customs compliance, freight forwarding, and drop shipment processes.
- Strong proficiency in AWS, ERP systems, or VB$ platforms for supply chain operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with international trade laws, Incoterms, and shipping documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
